A Love Letter to Me

This love letter is to myself, to my body, to my inner self which is going through a turmoil. šŸ˜›

Dear Me

First of all very sorry for putting you in greatĀ pain for last 6 months – the physical and the emotional stressĀ that you have beenĀ put through. I have been desperately trying to take you out of this situation but in this desperation I think I have been hurting you more and even others in your vicinity.

I love you and have started to understand you much better. I have been constantly learning for last few months and have been focusing all my attention towards you. I am making mistakes on this journey and its good that I realize my mistakes. I think I am knowingly making most of them to get attention šŸ˜› . I know you need lots of love, care, space, time and understanding at the moment and no advices.

You are unique. You are not perfect but you are open to learn and grow which is the best thing that you possess. You have a big, open heart which has love for everyone except for few like Narendra Modi and few more :P. Ā But sometimes you behave like a kid who wants to grab all the attention. Ā I need to communicate with you regularly and scold you like a parent for being a over demanding child and also praise you for being a good child.

Thank you for the inner strength, determination and positive thinking that you possess. Lets be in harmony and lets take the path ahead together with love with few bumps and rough roads :).

An Open Letter to Reliance Customer Care

Dear Reliance Customer Care,

This is the second time in 2 years that I have been a victim of your bad, unreliable service. You claim to be one of the largest in India but you seem to be the most incompetent system I have ever come across. Last time you had disconnected my CDMA phone connection without even informing me and without any reason. I had made so many unsuccessful visits and unanswered calls to the customer care and realizing that there’s no use finally took another service provider’s connection.

Again after 6 months, I took your new NetConnect connection for internet. I had no choice other than taking Reliance internet connection at that time. The journey with the internet connection was a fair one. The service of the NetConnect was pretty good. so when you launched your 3.1Mbps broadband connection, forgetting all the previous woes I planned to take the new Broadband connection. And I lodged a request to convert my old Internet connection from Postpaid to a Prepaid connection. Also I made payment for all the outstanding amount. I got the assurance that it would be done in a week. But as usual you never stick to the dates that you commit to your customers. Thats in your blood.

Not realizing that you are the same Reliance Customer Care who had disconnected me from my near and dear ones for 10 days one year back, I thought that action would have been taken on my request. But that was a big mistake I had done. Here I receive the bill for the usage of the connection which I had not used and had raised a request to convert to prepaid. Again my visits to your customer care started. Do you realize how much I had to make excuses to visit your Customer Care. You stop your service after 7:30. So to catch you before that, I need to leave office early and making excuses to my manager.The daily visit for a week and you guys convince me that it would be done instantly. Again you ask me to pay the outstanding amount. But no this time I wudn’t pay you. why should I pay you when I had already paid and not used the service. It was your mistake that you didn’t take action on my request and neither informed me about that. After getting assurance that it would be done I am back to my normal office hours without having an excuse at office that I have to visit the Customer care.

And now you reached the heights of unreliability, after 4 months you petition against me and summon me to appear before the Permanent Lok Adalath, Bangalore. I had the receipt that you had given for my request to convert the postpaid to prepaid. But fortunate of you that I couldn’t find that. But still I was determined to appear in the court and narrate the whole story. To be true I was really excited and little scared to appear in the court as it was first time for me. I started dreaming the court sittings as there would be a judge telling “Order, Order”, a lawyer and I would be there standing and saying “Main Gita ki kasam kha kar kehti hoon ki main jo bhi boloongi sach boloongi“.

And here comes the D-Day. I make my first visit to the court. But I was disappointed that whatever court scene I dreamed it was little far from that. There were advocates who were dealing with people one-to-one sitting at a table. But to my surprise I observed that all other people appearing in the court had papers with “Reliance Communications” bill and papers. On talking with them I found they were all your victims – victims of your bad customer service. How you torture your customers with false and fake petitions. All of us including me fought against you with all the proofs and documents required but alas you are a part of a big company and you win again and against each of the victims. I had to pay a part of the amount you wanted to recover from me as I didn’t have any paper proof. So finally you win. But actually you lost. You lost your customer and you lost all those customers waiting at the court paying for your mistake.

Hoping to see an improvement in your service. But I hereby withdraw all my connections with you.
